Products Description
X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel has good forging property, hardenability, oxidation resistance, weldability, and durability. It is the material of choice for the main components of heavy-duty gas turbines - turbine discs.
X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 Material properties:
It has good creep rupture strength at 600 ℃, and the creep rupture strength for 100000 h is about 90-100MPa.
- High enough room temperature strength, with a lower yield strength limit of 700 MPa.
- Good creep plasticity (elongation at rupture>10%) and no creep notch sensitivity.
- Enough good hardenability to harden rotor forgings with a diameter of 1.2 m.
- High temperature long-term work has good organizational stability.
- Good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
- Good fracture toughness, comparable to traditional 12% CrMoV and 1% CrMoV steels.
