Products Description
14NiCr14/12CrNi3 steel belongs to alloy carburizing steel and has higher hardenability than 12CrNi2A steel. Therefore, it can be used to manufacture parts with slightly larger section than 12CrNi2A steel. The steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching, low temperature tempering or high temperature tempering. The steel has good low-temperature toughness, small notch sensitivity, and good cutting performance. When the hardness is HB260~320, the relative cutting processability is 60%~70. In addition, the steel has low hardness and good plasticity after annealing. Therefore, both cutting and cold extrusion methods can be used to manufacture the mold. In order to improve the wear resistance of the mold cavity, the mold needs to be carburized after molding, and then quenched and tempered at low temperature to ensure that the mold surface has high hardness, high wear resistance and the center has good toughness. This steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds.

• 14NiCr14/1.5752 steel is a high-grade carburizing steel with a wide range of uses. Compared with 15Cr and 20Cr steels, it has high strength, plasticity and hardenability.

14NiCr14/1.5752 steel mainly used to make the spindle with high strength, high hardness and high toughness under heavy load, and the shaft and rod with high center toughness or bearing impact load, surface abrasion resistance, small heat treatment deformation, as well as various transmission gears, adjusting screws and camshafts working under high speed and impact load.

Ultrasonic test: According to SEP 1921-84 C/c, D/d, E/e
DIN1.5752/ 14NiCr14 Alloy Steel Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: quenching: 860 ℃ for the first time, 780 ℃ for the second time, oil cooling; Temper at 200 ℃, water cooling and air cooling.
Delivery status:Delivery in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non heat treatment status.
